TRG LAUNCHES PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PRACTICE

NEW YORK – December 6, 2006 – TRG (www.TRGUSA.com), a leading provider of turnaround, performance improvement, and financial advisory services, announced it has formed a Performance Improvement practice dedicated to helping underperforming middle-market companies restore and increase value.

This new offering is designed to provide companies that are underperforming but not in crisis with the operations improvement expertise TRG applies to companies in distress. TRG applies that expertise in short, results-focused engagements directed by seasoned, hands-on professionals. The Performance Improvement practice enables TRG to add value in a broader range of business situations and before liquidity requirements have robbed management and financial sponsors of the opportunity to turn around the operations.
