TRG PROMOTES TIMOTHY J. LEWIS TO PRINCIPAL

NEW YORK – January 25, 2007 – TRG (www.TRGUSA.com), a leading provider of turnaround, performance improvement, and financial advisory services, today announced it has promoted Timothy J. Lewis to Principal. He will continue to lead the firm’s new Performance Improvement practice.

Lewis joined TRG in 2003 as a Managing Director and has been actively involved in operational turnarounds. His success in delivering performance improvement and revenue growth for distressed companies contributed to the firm’s launch of its Performance Improvement practice which is dedicated to helping underperforming middle-market companies restore and increase value.

Prior to joining TRG, Lewis held senior management positions at RHC/Spacemaster, a $300 million retail store fixture manufacturer. His previous consulting experience includes over six years with Keystone Consulting Group in Chicago, Illinois.

“Tim is an extraordinary professional and is deeply committed to enhancing performance and creating value for our clients,” said Stephen Gray, Managing Principal, TRG. “He will be a strong leader in the future growth of our firm.”

Lewis holds a BA in political science from Yale University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
