Fiduciary Services
For more than 20 years, TRG has provided fiduciary services to secured and unsecured creditors
and judicial bodies in the context of distressed and insolvent businesses. TRG senior staff has served as receiver,
Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustee, examiner and post confirmation trustee in dozens of cases. These cases have
involved a wide variety of businesses.
In some cases, we have restructured operations and successfully reorganized debtors into viable businesses. In other
cases, we have had to sell operating businesses or liquidate assets in the interest of creditors. In all cases, we
