Parham Pouladdej
Parham Pouladdej has over 20 years experience in developing
and implementing financial, operational and strategic plans for under performing
and turnaround companies. He has led over 1000 workout
and turnaround plans for companies in the United States and Europe including
Central and Eastern European countries.
Prior to joining The Recovery Group, Parham served for five years at
Price Waterhouse Coopers Financial Advisory Services where he participated
in or led over 100 assignments ranging from business takeovers, corporate
recoveries, downsizing and litigation support for mergers and acquisitions.
Parham's engagements have been diverse in nature ranging from short-term
analysis of financial and operating systems, business valuations, merger
and acquisition related due diligence to long-term assignments as Chief
Restructuring Officer of client companies. These assignments have encompassed
a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, process, technology,
healthcare and distribution. Parham has extensive experience in originating
and structuring equity and debt for under performing companies and in
developing exit strategies for investors. He has also served on numerous
Boards of Directors of public and private companies.
Parham is a CPA, CTP and holds a BSBA in Management from the University
of Massachusetts. He has prepared training material and held numerous
seminars in business turnaround and workout strategies.
