André A. Laus
André Laus has over 30 years senior
management experience encompassing CEO/COO roles, leverage buyout owner
and turnaround professional skilled in financial restructuring and negotiations
with lenders. He co-founded Bristol Group (later merged with TRG),
completing numerous assignments involving workout, strategic planning and
initiating management change.
Prior to joining TRG, André directed a leveraged buyout firm as CEO of Brittany
Corporation, accumulating thirteen entities. Earlier, he enjoyed a successful
senior executive career with several public corporations including Federal
Mogul Group Executive, President at Wagner Brake and Lighting and CEO of
Fram Corporation.
André is skilled at relating to a wide variety of functional disciplines,
including manufacturing, marketing, human resources, finance and strategic
planning. In addition to overseeing various client engagements, he frequently
assumes interim CEO/COO roles, where appropriate. Currently a Trustee of
Northeastern University, past Chairman of the National Commission for Cooperative
Education and past Vice Chairman of the Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association.
André earned a BS from Northeastern University and MBA from the University of Chicago.
