Robert J. Glendon
Bob Glendon has over 30 years experience in senior level
management positions in a variety of industries, including consumer products
manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, retailing, electronics, textiles, warehousing
and distribution.
Prior to joining TRG, Bob was Vice President of Finance at an industrial
products distributor consisting of five divisions and six distribution
plants. He has also served as CFO for a commercial printing company and
as Corporate Controller for an electronics manufacturing company and a
hardware distributor.
Bob's most recent experience has included numerous engagements as an
interim CEO/Crisis manager and Chief Restructuring Officer. Bob has successfully
directed the nations leading manufacturer of wall coverings, the largest
U.S. manufacturer of budget cosmetics, a manufacturer of health and beauty
products, a machine tool manufacturer, a garment manufacturer, two multi-location
companies - one an HVAC distributor and the other a retailing concern,
a publicly held manufacturing company with seven divisions in six states,
a chain of seafood restaurants, a lumber yard and home center with multiple
locations and a manufacturer and retailer of wedding gowns. Additionally,
he was the interim CFO of a paint manufacturer, a textile coating processor,
an educational seminar producer, a label manufacturing company for retail
products and a publicly held recycling company with six divisions.
In addition Bob is a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors
for several companies.
Bob is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a BS in Business Administration.
