Case Study: Rolled Form Shapes ManufacturerCompany: $30 Million rolled formed shapes and tube extruder with four manufacturing facilities in four states.Situation/ Tasks Performed: TRG was engaged by the debtor to provide hands on oversight and guidance of the wind-down and sale of Dynamic Metal Forming, Inc. TRG’s Wind-down and Liquidation Practice stabilized operations and fulfilled orders to core customers. Breakeven cash flow was achieved which allowed TRG to market the business. Results: Targeted marketing resulted in the ultimate sale of three of the four plants to strategic buyers. These transactions, which were completed out-of-court, resulted in the preservation of 175 jobs and yielded value well beyond straight liquidation.
